I designed this pattern years ago for my husband and it is such a fun one to experiment with different color combinations! This version is an ode to my love of a classic black & white duo, with a mix of patterned fabrics. It is made of 100% cotton fabric and natural cotton black batting. I even maintained the strict color scheme with a black & white cross-hatch fabric for the backing and a black & white polka dot fabric for the binding. The layers were quilted together with a straight line pattern with black thread that is subtle and allows the cool design of the pattern to stand out.
