Sometimes one project can inspire another, and that is how leftover pieces of purple, blues, greens, yellow, and orange led me to create this striking wall hanging . It is made of 100% cotton fabric and natural cotton batting. The backing, although you probably won’t see it, is a fun black and rainbow swirly print that looks really cool all on its own (maybe spin your wall hanging around on occasion to shake things up). I quilted it with a variegated rainbow thread that changes colors as it goes along and continued the rainbow feel with the binding as well, which has been hand-sewn on. There are four loops at the top that can be used to hang it on a dowel (not included). The dowel pictured is 3/4" thick.
